A unique geological phenomenon is Melissani Cave, 2 km from Sami. Because the roof of the cave fell in, it allows the light to enter the cave giving it beautiful colours.

You can visit this phenomenon by walking through a man made tunnel which leads you to the boats where you receive a wonderful tour of the cave.

It is only 40 minutes form the camping.
